Beautiful day today so I set up a table outside to soak up some sun while preparing these cabinets for a color change to antique white. They'll be in the spray booth Wednesday. Out tomorrow for three estimates.

N-Hance News
2012 is in the past now but it was a great year. Over 1,000 cabinets refinished. Here are a few favorites.
This was previously a whitewashed oak finish.
Classic Renewal on pine T&G cabinets.
Biggest job of the year was whitewashed oak finish to a custom color mix. One hundred ten cabinets total on this job.
These cabinets were whitewashed oak finish. We went to a black finish with distressed edges and details.
My favorite two-tone kitchen. Some cabinets were existing, some were new. Island is in walnut while surrounding cabinets are antique white.
These cabinets were golden oak but the transformation to walnut is really dramatic.
Another golden oak set of cabinets transformed. This color is pewter.

Another custom color transformation. This one is semi opaque.

Can't believe how busy we've been this summer
Lots of stuff to post but its been crazy busy. Only 15 pieces this weekend so we must be slowing down. Here's an update to the June post with the two-tone kitchen.
For this kitchen we did the center island in a dark walnut color with black glaze for accent.
The other cabinets are our "Sea Salt" with a light brown glaze giving an antique white look.
Here's the "before" pictures.
Some were existing cabinets, some were new store bought, and some were newly built.
Can't take all the credit. Having the countertops, appliances, backsplash, and sinks really helps the look of this gorgeous kitchen too.

Daily Update
Not much to show when you spend the day cleaning or touching up as I have the last couple but great news. Just got this month's Home Depot survey scores. Year to date average is 10 of 10. Last year average 10 of 10. For me anything less than a 10 is a fail.
Monday its off to the spa. Not for a nice relaxing day but to renew four floors at world class Ten Thousand Waves.

Daily Update
Today we started a new set of cabinets. You won't believe what these will look like when we are done.
The cabinets were just reconfigured to make better use of the space and new countertops and appliances are on the way.
After first removing all the doors and drawers I had to fill and sand nail holes. A carpenter uses a hammer, nails and a saw. I don't think they use fillers or sandpaper. Today that was my job.

End of the day cleanup and back to the shop with 52 doors and drawers to work on tomorrow.

Daily Update
Wrapped up the built in cabinets today. Behind the arches too tight to get my hands in. Lots of twisting and turning to get the finish on. Looking good though. New job tomorrow in Nambe.
